A traditional Greek dish, this Watermelon Feta Salad is both light and refreshing. Don’t let the ingredients intimidate you; they all blend together beautifully! Serve as a side dish or as a stand-alone salad served with warm pita bread.
INGREDIENTS:
6 cups seedless watermelon, cut into bite-sized cubes
1 cup Greek Mountain® Feta Cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/3 cup fresh mint, chopped
1 TBS Mythology® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice from 1/2 fresh lime
DIRECTIONS:
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix gently
Serve immediately
